nstallation Guidelines

Preparation

1. Table Opening

   • Cut a hole in your manicure table: 270 × 160 mm.

   • Ensure the table thickness is 10–30 mm for secure installation.

   • Clean the cut edges to prevent vibration or poor fitting.

2. Check Hardware

   • Use the included 4 self-tapping screws and screwdriver.

   • Confirm screw length does not exceed the table thickness.

Installation Steps

Step 1 – Unpack
Remove the dust collector and accessories from the box. Take off protective wrapping.

Step 2 – Separate Parts
Detach the lower fan housing from the upper frame (they are designed to come apart easily).

Step 3 – Position the Lower Unit
From underneath the table, align the fan housing with the cut-out opening. Hold it flush against the underside.

Step 4 – Secure the Housing
Using the 4 screws, fasten the lower housing to the table bottom. Ensure it is fixed tightly without gaps or wobbling.

Step 5 – Install the Upper Section
Clean the table surface around the opening. Place the top frame into the recess, pressing firmly so it sits flush with the table. Remove any protective film.

Step 6 – Insert Filter and Grille
Place the dust filter inside the unit and secure it with the magnetic grille. Check that the grille clicks into place.

Step 7 – Connect Power
Plug the connector cable into the socket on the unit. Ensure the wire is routed safely and does not interfere with hand movement.

Final Check

• Turn on the collector and adjust suction power with the control knob.

• Verify that airflow is even across the entire work surface.

• Test the side exhaust to ensure airflow is directed away from both client and technician.
