PLEASE NOTE: If your Schtik It gets cold in transit it may get very thick and crystallize. Just place your pot in a mug of pre-boiled water, let it sit for 5 -10 minutes and it will return to normal. No bad side effects! *scroll to see our video below on how to do this!*

Returns:
- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Products that are eligible for return are due to manufacure error or
- If the product is in packaging that is sealed. Must be returned in new condition, unused , and in its original packaging.
- If the return is in a Sealed/ New/ Oringingal packaging and is not due to manufacure error, you are responsible for shipping. No fee for Pick Up orders.
